Copyright Guidelines

The following copyrights will be required of any short stories that are submitted for consideration.


(a) SER: Second Electronic Rights; 90-day Exclusive publication on the Internet anywhere, in English-language form;
(b) Anthology Rights: The author retains the right to decline the invitation to be part of an anthology;
(c) Archival Rights: Will remain on the website for minimum of 90 days after which the author can request to have the story removed;
(d) 90-day Exclusive right to display, copy & distribute;
(e) Non-exclusive right to display, copy & distribute after 90 days have elapsed; with the author's permission.

These are standard rights and do not in any way take away from the author being the origintor of the work.
The author is free to sell other copyrights to other publishers. With the exception of 90-day exclusives - Requests to remove items from the website will be processed within seven days.
